Our Research

Our inter-disciplinary research project seeks to understand food culture and practices through culinary recipes.

RELISH stands for “Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage.”

Funded by the European Union, RELISH is a research partnership among institutions and centres across Europe. Together, we put into practice culinary recipes and food culture as digital and innovative tools to create culinary heritage for emerging adults in Europe.
